Is your Chicken Halal?
We cook using 100% pure beef tallow, which does not contain any pork products. While the oil itself does not carry a Halal certification, it is strictly beef-based, and we do not use or handle pork in our kitchen.
Are your nuggies handmade?
Yes, our nuggies are 100% handmade.
We start with fresh chicken, cut and crumb it ourselves. It’s the same recipe we perfected back in our family fish and chip shop in 2007, just taken to the next level with Nuggies.
Do you cater for events or private functions?
Yes!
With our two food trucks and Ivanhoe store, we can cater for everything from festivals to private parties, corporate events, and community gatherings.

We have a permanent store in Ivanhoe, and you can also spot our two food trucks across Melbourne at festivals, Corporate Jobs and private events.
